Yoga for me is a lifestyle, not just posture (asana) work – it’s a way of life.

I am a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher. Hatha yoga can be taught in a dynamic form including a flow series that allows the student to not only warm up and stretch muscle but also to sweat out toxins in a purifying sweat.

The practice of yoga if done regularly can have significant effects on health including a more relaxed and calm state of mind and body.
